Baku Ferris wheel (Neftchilar)The modern attraction-panorama was opened in March, 2014 in the new boulevard part of National Seaside Park stretched until National Flag Square. The attraction was installed by “Dutch Wheels” company of the Netherlands. Its diameter is 60 meters and has 30 cabins, each holding 8 people. It completes one turn in 35-40 minutes.
