The Mosque is located in the centre of Bilasuvar city. It was constructed in 1992. The backyard area is 3000 square meters. The inner area consists of two parts: the section for men 12x12 meters and the section for women 8x8 meters.

Former executive authority head Yusif Mehtiyev, akhund Alifagha Boyukagha, Tanriveren Tanriverdi, Haji Izzat Garayev, Avtandil Quliyev took special initiative in the construction of the Mosque in Bilasuvar city. The construction works continued under the leadership of the new executive authority head Ali Badir Babayev since 1994. The Mosque was constructed at the expense of the city population. The Mosque had been registered in the Ministry of Justice of Azerbaijan Republic in June 1997.

The cupola of the basic building of the Mosque has been covered with white iron plates. In addition, religious school building has been constructed here; its area is 8x8 meters. The height of the minarets that are being still built will reach 15 meters. The diameter of the cupola of the Mosque is eight meters. Arched form windows were made of wood. The Mosque has three arch-shaped entrance doors. The main worship hall and the religious school have round form. The pulpit of the Mosque is made of wood and has seven steps. Khankishi Mirzayev, Shakir Hasanov, Garibagha Murtuzov are the masters; the executor is Allahshukur Shirinov.
