The mosque was built in the upper quarter of Buzovna village of Baku in 1840. Interior area is 4x21 m. The walls of the mosque were built from shaved slab-stones. Thickness of the walls is 1 m. There are not any inscriptions inside of the Mosque. Outside there are two stone inscriptions above the main gate. It has two gates and three windows. Women"s sector is on the second floor. Secondary rooms are located under the women"s sector. Interior of the Mosque is simple. Mosque was closed between 1937 and 1994 and the building had not been used in this period. Beginning from 1993, reconstruction works have been carried out here. Veranda and ablution place and etc. have been built.
