Sheikh Mohammad tomb – This is the tomb concerning to Shirvan-Absheron architecture school at the cemetery of middle ages (approximately 3.5 ha area) in the forest, in Hazra village of Gabala region.there are four tombs and a lot of boxes at the cemetery. Gracefully decorated inscriptions have been scraped on the portals of the tombs and the box. According to these inscriptions the tombs are mainly concerned to the sheikhs of great respect in feudal Azerbaijan. The fact that Hazra village has got such rich memorials – large cemetery – proves that it has been a town or a big centre character settlement like the definite feudal country estates of XIV-XVI centuries. During the restoration works in Sheikh Mohammad tomb its construction book was found and build again in to the wall. The Content of this inscription written on two lines above two stones with the nesx handwriting is above mentioned: “This honorable large mansion was constructed during Abdulmazaffar Shakh Tahmasib period above the tomb of Sheikh Mohammad ibn Sheikh Barik. 970 (1562-1563 years)”. It is the important unmovable historical and cultural (architecture) monument of the country.
