A special intellectual program will be worked out in Azerbaijan in the coming five years.
The program will be realized by Gafgaz University ICT Scientific-Research Center and the Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies.
According to the project, an intellectual program speaking, understanding, analyzing and reading in Azerbaijani will be worked out. Later, it will be applied to the robot, director of Gafgaz University ICT Scientific-Research Center Khayyam Masiyev told.
He said the project requires large funds.
"We have started cooperating with the Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies and found out that they have also set such a project as a target. Initial agreement has been reached. Talks are underway," he said.
