During Eurovision 2012 song contest a part of the guests will be placed on ships and villas, the chairman of the Association of Tourism of Azerbaijan Nahid Bagirov said.
“About 2,000 flats and 60-70 villas will be given for rent to the guests during the contest. These houses maybe rented via www.eurovision.az website. It is cheaper to stay at a house than at hotel. Most of guests will be members of fan clubs and teenagers” said Bagirov.
“If necessary, some guests will be placed at the ships. For this purpose, two ships will be brought to the shore of the Caspian Sea. Each of the ships will have room for 250 people. They are standard and can be brought within 15-20 days. This method will be used if the number of guests exceeds the prescribed amount”, he added.
