The National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources has issued a warning on unfavorable weather expected in Azerbaijan.
The Ministry’s press service told that it will occasionally rain in the country at the end of January, it will snow in mountainous and sub-mountainous regions on January 28-29 and in most regions on January 30-31.
The temperature will be 2…4 C in Baku and Absheron peninsula on January 28-29, 0 C on January 30, -2…-4 C on January 31. North wind will occasionally strengthen and roads will freeze up in some areas.
