President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and his wife Mehriban Aliyeva have attended the opening of newly-built secondary school No. 23 in Baku.
The head of state cut the ribbon symbolizing the official opening of the facility.
President Ilham Aliyev and his wife Mehriban Aliyeva reviewed the school. At the end of the opening ceremony students staged an amateur show.
