The issue on early recess in Baku secondary schools due to Eurovision-2012 Song Contest was on agenda, Education Minister Misir Mardanov told journalists.
Minister said that this decision is not expected to be made: “I think we will not need such decision. This contest will be held in certain parts of Baku. During the contest, our classes will be at the stage of completion.”
In the press-conference of the Eurovision-2012 Organizing Committee, executive director of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Anar Alakbarov said that there was no decision on early recess of the classes due to the contest. He said it was suggested, but has not been decided yet. The organizing committee is expected to discuss this issue in its next meeting.
