Annual International Festival to be held at ADA Book Center
26.4.2012

Azerbaijan Diplomatic Academy (ADA) and ADA Book Center will organize Second Annual International Festival (AIF) on April 27. The organization of the Festival is aimed at creating a cultural dialogue between foreign service officers, diplomats from various embassies in Azerbaijan, representatives of international organizations and international students.

First International Festival took place last year and was a huge success as it had 17 embassies representing their countries. Various dance performances, colorful country stands, authentic food and delicious pastries from different countries enriched the event which was enjoyed by 200 plus visitors. The guests also enjoyed interacting with each other and building connections.

As tradition continues, the festival is bringing together representatives of different nationalities in one place for cultural and networking purposes again. It is also a great chance for the foreign students of different universities in Baku, including ADA, to cooperate with each other and to get to know more about diplomatic missions and their activities in Azerbaijan.

This year twenty embassies are sharing their heritage and cuisine. It will give an opportunity to learn about different cultures, treat to delectable cuisines, enjoy spectacular dance and music performances.
