The European Union Delegation to Azerbaijan has launched a children’s drawing competition devoted to the celebration of Europe Day in Azerbaijan, with the winners receiving an iPad.
A press release said entries for the competition, titled ‘My Europe’, had to demonstrate a knowledge and vision for Europe and for Azerbaijan in Europe. The ‘My Europe’ competition is open to children aged from 5 to 14. The pictures should be a minimum of A3 size and have to be submitted to the Baku Modern Art Gallery & Club by 8 May, 2012.
The winners will be chosen in two age categories (5-9 and 10-14). First prize will be an iPad 2 and 2nd prize winners will get an iPod during an official ceremony hosted by the Head of EU Delegation.
The pictures should be submitted with full contact details (name, age, phone number and address) and they will not be returned.
