President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has visited Heydar Aliyev’s memorial at the Alley of Honor today. The Head of State paid tribute to Heydar Aliyev and laid flowers at his grave.
President also laid bunch of flowers at the grave of academician Zarifa Aliyeva.
Azerbaijani state and governmental officials, MPs, the public representatives have also visited Heydar Aliyev’s memorial. Following them, the ordinary citizens have started to come to the Alley of Honor.
The visit will continue till the evening hours.
Heydar Aliyev’s 89th anniversary is marked today in Azerbaijan.
