Citizens, who want to marry, can get a certificate confirming their passing a medical examination from National Diagnostic Center operating under Baku “ASAN xidmet” center No.5 as part of a pilot project.
Press service of "ASAN xidmet" told that ID cards and copy of application form for the registration of marriages are needed for obtaining the certificate.
Certificate confirming that citizens passed a medical examination will be granted within 5 working days with no state fee.
These services can be available only for people wanting to marry at "ASAN xidmet" centers.
