23 years without Khojavand

23 years are turning today since the occupation of Azerbaijan's Khojavand by the armed forces of Armenia.
Armenian aggressors occupied the district on October 2, 1992.
The district covers an area of 1,458 sq.km, the population was 41,216 people before occupation. There is a city of Khojavand (regional center), two big settlements (Gyrmyzy bazar and Gadrut) and 83 villages in the territory of the region.
More than 100 residents of Khojavand died in fights for their homeland.
