Vice president of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, head of the IDEA public union Leyla Aliyev has attended the official reception organized as part of the 21st conference on climate changes of UN (COP21) in Paris.
The official reception is organized by the Ministry of Ecology, Sustainable Development and Energy of this country.
The event involved French President Francois Hollande.
