The Ministry of Culture and Tourism of Azerbaijan declares competition
of children's animated films which will pass from September, 15th till
December, 15th.
Duration of a film is a minute. The persons who engaged in animation
cinema can take part in competition. Restrictions aren't put on the used
technics. Participants of competition should present to jury DVD with a
film and the document with a name, a surname and contact numbers.
All materials for competition go on the address: AZ 1000, Baki, the

The owner of the first place will acquire the right to remove 10-minute
animated in 2012, the second place – to shoot a 5-minute film.
Names of winners will be published on December, 28th on a site www.mct.gov.az and in the newspaper “Madaniyyat”.
