Euro-3 standard will be applied in Azerbaijan from next week, said the chairman of State Committee for Standardization, Metrology and Patent Ramiz Hasanov.
According to him, this standard will be realized stage-by-stage: “Euro-4 standard is expected to apply in 2015”.
He noted that, it was so early to apply Euro-4 standard in Azerbaijan: “Because oil refinery plants do not meet the requirements of this standard. In 2015, new technologies will be applied to oil refinery plants”.
