Heavy rains caused flood in the rivers of Shamakhi. The precipitations that started with strong wind and hail passed to the heavy rains. The runoff waters damaged roads, yards and seedling plots. Some houses remained under water. One house was destroyed in Shamakhi’s Minakhor village. The residents of the house settled to the house of neighbors. The strong floods in the region’s mountainous villages had serious consequences. The runoff waters damaged most of all Talishnuru, Damirchi, Zarat, Kheybari, Galeybugurd, Sis, Keshmadin and Galaderesi villages. The communication of Galaderesi village with the region’s center was interrupted. The situation in Talishnuru and Galeybugurd villages is more serious.
