The project on repair and construction of Baku’s roads is being carried out at an accelerated pace. The Azeryolservis OJSC of the Azerbaijani Transport Ministry reported that some 60 kilometers of roads was repaired during the first half of 2012.
Today, the reconstruction work is underway on the road from Sabunchu road junction to the Zabrat circle, along the Elshan Suleymanov street in the Nizami district, the Nakhimov road in the Khatai district , the streets Ruslan Allahverdiyev, Yahya Huseynov and Asef Zeynalli in the Binagadi district.
The repair work mainly stipulates the replacement of asphalt concrete pavement, expansion of two-lane roads.
