The Ministry of Education has announced statistics for the final exams according to regions.
Education minister Mikayil Jabbarov noted that the results among the eleventh graders are more satisfactory. According to him, in 2012 one of two eleventh graders got positive point from all the subjects, but this number is two of three this year. The minister said that this indicator is 2,7 percent better than the last year: “65 percent of the eleventh graders got positive results from all subjects at the final exams. 6 regions with more students relatively and shown the weakest results in 2014-2015 among the 9th graders have been chosen as pilots. Progressive plans have been prepared and implemented for these regions - Astara, Aghjabadi, Jalilabad, Masalli, Saatli, Sabirabad.
Mikayil Jabbarov noted that in comparison with the last year number of graders who got positive results for both subjects have increased 22 percent for Astara, 15 percent for Aghjabadi, 14 percent for Sabirabad, 11 percent for Masalli, 9 percent for Jalilabad and Saatli regions.
Alongside, results of the eleventh graders improved in other regions: “Dynamics of 13 percent in Shamkir, 10 percent in Gadabay, 9 percent in Lerik, 8 percent in Salyan, 7 percent in Beylagan, Imishli, Zagatala, Gobustan regions were registered. We analyze the results strictly and take relevant measures,” added the minister.
