Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has signed an order on awarding the order "For Service to Motherland" of the 2nd degree to Valeh Alasgarov, Vice-Speaker of the Milli Mejlis (parliament).
According to the order, Alasgarov was awarded for his active involvement in socio-political life of Azerbaijan.
