Azerbaijan Trade Unions Confederation intends to apply to the Cabinet of Ministers on simplifying of giving process of plot of lands for the construction of apartments, said the ATUC Chairman Sattar Mehbaliyev.
According to him, the General Collective Contract, signed by the Cabinet of the Ministers, AEC and ATUC, considers giving plots of lands to the persons standing in a queue to build apartment.
He says this problem must be solved in a republican level. Region resident will be given plots of lands from their own region.
He noted that, no works were conducted during the passed period from signing of the Contract. That’s why ATUC will apply to the government and remind this provision.
