The Azerbaijani team has won one more medal of the World Taekwondo Junior Championship in Burnaby, Canada.
Competing on the second day of the championship, Gashim Magomedov, 55 kg, won silver medal. Defeating Ukrainian, Chinese, Mexican, Italian and Iranian rivals consequently, Magomedov lost to South Korean athlete at finals.
Notably, this was the second medal of the Azerbaijani team at the world championship. On the first day, Ayaz Gambarli (45 kg) won bronze medal.
