The house of Harry Potter asked EUR 1.2 million

In the UK, put up for sale an old house, in which scenario the saga of Harry Potter born headmaster of Hogwarts Albus Dumbledore himself a magician. According to the newspaper The Telegraph, The property is offered for 950,000 pounds (about 1.2 million euros).

House called de Vere House is located in Lavengam (Suffolk County). It was used to create the fictional village of Godric's Hollow in the movie "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows." The house is the most photographed building in the UK after the London residence of the Prime Minister at Downing Street, 10.

De Vere House was built in the XIV century. According to some sources, in 1498, the building has visited King Henry VII. The current owners live in the house for more than 20 years.

The cottage has three bedrooms, a reception hall, lounge, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, two bathrooms and a loft. Located in a separate wing of the reading room, one living room and dining room, bathroom and two double bedrooms.
