President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev issued an order on decoration of Turkish ambassador to Azerbaijan Hulusi Kilic with “Friendship order”.
President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has received Turkish ambassador and awarded him with the order of “Friendship”.
Note that, the outgoing ambassador will leave for Turkey on September 15.
