US Vogue has celebrated its 120th birthday with a whopper 916 page edition.

The nearly five pound magazine has broken its own record of 840 pages set back in 2007 by 76 pages and is more than three centimeters thick.

Pop star Lady Gaga graces the cover of the iconic issue in a pink dress designed by Marc Jacobs.

The fashion filled issue is packed with 658 pages of advertising, which is reportedly a 14% growth from last year.

Women on the streets of New York had mixed feelings about the issue.

New fashion fan Elle Zapata said she would use the issue as a way to learn more about the industry.

"I'm not really that much of a fashion person, but I've been trying to learn and this would be a great help to me," she told Reuters.

Regular Vogue reader Samantha Kappenmacher said the size of the issue is exciting. "It actually impresses me, it makes me want to get it."

While Ashley Jones is not sure the magazine would hold her attention, saying, "This is just a little too much for me."
