National Television and Radio Broadcasting Council has today held its next session. NTRB told that the issue on administrative execution on the violation of legislative requirements by “Azad Azerbaijan TV Radio Company” and “ANS independent broadcast and Media Company” were discussed at the meeting.
“Azad Azerbaijan TV Radio Company” and “ANS independent broadcasting and Media Company” were warned on the facts of violation of #2.7 and 2.8 articles of the Special rules for the Programs that might cause physical, mental and moral harm” through its “Ikinci hayat”(Second Life) program in 17.09.2012, in 18,09.2012 at 19:00 and “Umid var” ( we have a hope) program in 17.09.2012, in 18.09.2012 at 19:00 and at 19:00.
