The Cabinet of Ministers announced November 9 as a nonworking day in connection with the National Flag Day.
"As 10 November is a nonworking day (Saturday), the citizens will have three-day weekends - 9, 10 and 11 November," the report reads. November 12 is the Day of Constitution of Azerbaijan and November 17 is the Day of Resurrection. Both are working days.
