The State flag square opened at Nargiztapa hill in Khojavand region, just 700 meters from the enemy’s positions on 15 October.
The State Flag square and a memorial board with martyrs’ names was opened at the initiative of the head of executive power of Khojavand Eyvaz Huseynov.
The opening ceremony was attended by chief of the Khojavand executive powers E.Huseynov, head of the Azerbaijani community of Nagorno Karabakh Bayram Safarov, MP Elmar Mammadov, head of the Khojaly executive power Shahmar Usubov, martyrs’ families and public representatives of the region.
