Construction of the Heydar Aliyev Center is underway in the Absheron region of Azerbaijan, the Absheron Region Executive Power reported.
The Heydar Aliyev Center is being built in the cultural park named after Heydar Aliyev in Khirdalan. The building consists of 3 floors. The construction work runs in accordance with modern standards.
The center is planned to be commissioned in 2013.
