The second documentary film festival of CIS countries "EURASIA.DOC" was held in Minsk, Belarus.
Best documentary film makers and journalists of the post-Soviet space attended the competition held on September 25-29.
A documentary "Hero buried in a foreign country" by Azerbaijani filmmaker Javid Imamverdiyev was awarded at the festival.
The movie is dedicated to the Hero of the Soviet Union, Colonel Gabibulla Huseynov.
The documentary was awarded the festival's award in the category "The Fate of Man".
The movie produced by film studio "Yaddaş" on the state order.
The scriptwriters are Javid Imamverdiyev and Gasim Safaroglu, director-Javid Imamverdiyev, cameramen - Zaid Bagirov, Samir Hasanov, sound producer - Teymur Abdullayev, producer - Javid Imamverdiyev.
