Snow fell on high mountainous areas. North-western wind blew, occasionally intensified in some regions, Absheron peninsula and Absheron sea region.
Amount of precipitation made 6-15 mm in Baku and Absheron peninsula, 9-14 in Lankaran-Astara zone, 1-13 in the Greater Caucasus, 1-8 in Central Lowland regions, 5-6 in the Lesser Caucasus, 0-4 in Gazakh-Ganja region, 0-6 mm in Nakhchivan AR.
Snow depth was 9 cm in Griz, 4 cm in Khinalig and Shahdagh.
