Free Economic Zone will be created in Heydar Aliyev International Airport, said the Development Concept “Azerbaijan-2020: View of the Future”.
According to concept new airport complex, airstrip and landing strip and hangars wil be launched and Free Economic Zone will be created in this area and renewing works of 6 international airports and air fleet will be continued.
Besides, the transportations through country will be simplified for increase of competitiveness of Azerbaijan in international transport corridors.
