Work is underway to build a new park in the Ganja city of Azerbaijan. The City Executive Power reported that the park to be named after Aziz Aliyev is being constructed in the Nizami district.
The construction work is carried out t the highest level, the report reads. The park construction is expected to be completed in 2013.
