The Ministry of Communications & IT of Azerbaijan and the Korean International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) signed a memorandum of understanding on a project of the Center of e-Government.
The MCIT reports that establishment of educational classes on e-government and their uniting into a single system is expected in Baku and regions of the country in compliance with the Memo. The center will organize training courses to improve the skills of civil servants in the area of ICT and e-government, and creates an opportunity for the provision of distance education.
The center will facilitate the introduction of e-government ideas
in state administration and in other spheres of public life, development of the information society, the increased level of e-literacy, the growth of e-services.
