The Republic Seismological Service Center of Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences (ANAS) told that the quake was recorded 15 km north from Barda at 01:25 on March 28. 3,40-magnitude quake occurred in the depth of 24 km.
The quake was felt in 3-magnitue in Barda.
No destructions were recorded in buildings.
