The place for the new airport to-be-constructed in northern region of Azerbaijan has been determined.
New airport covers the area up to 600 ha, which comprises Ashaghi Atuj, Ermeki, Jek, Davidoba and Hajihuseynli villages of Guba.
Guba city Executive Power told that construction of a new airport will assume great importance in terms of both tourism and foreign investment.
Note that, along with Guba region, the experts from Giragli village of Khachmaz region and Shabran region have conducted research in the area.
