Opening of festival of arts and crafts (ceramics-batic- tapestry) "Potential" will take place in “Art gellery” from December 17 till 21, 2011. Organizers: Azerbaijan State Academy of Arts, «Art Garden» and non-governmental organization Arts Council Azerbaijan, with support of Noble and Chudo Pechka retail network. Participants of the festival - students of Academy of Arts and the free artists who are engaged in this kinds of art.
