On 24 to 28 July, EMIN will perform as a special guest at the international contest of young singers of popular music New Wave - 2013 which is traditionally held in the Latvian town of Jurmala.
The contest that will open on 24 July will end with a gala concert and awarding ceremony on 28 July.
This year Azerbaijan will be represented at the contest by Chingiz Mustafayev whom EMIN supported back in spring during a solo concert in Sea Breaze.
"This year, Chingiz Mustafayev will represent Azerbaijan at the international song contest New Wave in Jurmala. Chingiz is really a very talented musician, and I'm sure he will take a high place, and maybe even will be the winner. Over the past few years, Azerbaijan was able to prove to the world in case of Eurovision how talented and multifaceted its artists are," emphasizes EMIN.
The contest New Wave brings together not only most talented and ambitious singers from all over the world, but also the well-known Russian and foreign performers, composers, representatives of show business.
The contest will be aired live on Russia-1 TV channel.
