Azerbaijani Boxing Federation’s office building and two new hotels are being built in Nobel Avenue, Khatai district, Baku.
The hotels covering 16,000 m² will meet international standards.
Onur Ali Timur, Gilan Holding’s chief engineer on technical operations told APA that the construction began 22 months ago: “We plan to finish all constructions by February 15, 2014”.
To him, the construction of the office building of Boxing Federation is underway in the area covering 2 ha. The building consisting of 4 floors including cellar, will have sport complex, swimming pool, pumping station, doctor’s rooms, parking-area, transformer substation, boiling room, reservoir, large playground for boxing.
THE first hotel to be named Kaukasus White City Hotel will consist of 18 floors and be in the height 65 meters. There will be 113 rooms here. Area of the rooms will make 32-34 m².
The second hotel will be 5-star. Construction of the hotel will start within a week. This hotel will consist of 25 floors and 300 rooms.
The parking-area is planned for 850 cars.
