There were serious traffic problems at main streets and avenues of Baku.
Chief of the public relations department of Baku City State Traffic Police Office Vagif Asadov told that in the connection with the beginning of the new academic year, traffic jam is observed in Tbilisi, Babek, Azadlig avenues and Rashid Behbudov, Fuzulu streets and cars move at the speed 5km per hour.
At present, police patrol officers are tightening security and taking measures to eliminate traffic jam.
