New Deputy Minister of Defence appointed in Azerbaijan.
As a new Deputy Defense Minister and Commander of the Air Force, has been appointed Major-General Ramiz Tahirov.
R. Tahirov served in the Army Air Defense. Prior to his appointment to the new post, he served as Deputy Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan on military issues.
