If champions are measured by their will and determination, this mouse is a hero. Spotting a Jacob's cracker twice his size, the little rodent delightedly scuttled over to haul it back into his hole for a feast of dreams.
And not even the laws of science were going to get in his way.
For over a minute he jumps more than 50 different ways - forwards, backwards, sideways - in a snapshot of real-life slapstick.
He tries to get the cracker on the ledge to jump up after. But he falls back, crushed by his very own feast.
But up he leaps, and hurls himself towards the top once more.
When that fails, his snack becomes something of a pole vault as he attempts to somehow flip over the fragile biscuit.
The next approach is to repeatedly slam himself against the ledge.
At one point the cracker becomes a pedestal that he tries to balance himself on - only to fall flat on top of it.
Halfway through, he changes tact and tries to swing it over his head like a shot put, clinging onto the ledge with the other paw.
Finally, he leaves the cracker behind to sit on the ledge and reassess the situation.
And with one final burst of power, he jumps down, picks it up and triumphantly claws his way up his Everest, before jumping out of view.
