A draft law regarding children from rich families is being worked out in Azerbaijan, chairman of the Parliament’s social policy committee Hadi Rajabli told.
Rajabli said the clauses envisaging aid to the children from rich families are reflected in the newly-developed draft law on “Social protection of young families”.
“It envisages psychological aid to the rich young families, young children from rich families. The objective is to strengthen the family institution,” he said.
The draft law also contains clauses envisaging long-term, low-interest mortgage loans for young families with hard social condition.
The draft law will be discussed soon.
