Heydar Aliyev Foundation and IDEA open hot line of first aid to nature
11.6.2014

A hot line of first aid to the nature and a mobile group has been created within the program of ‘Say no to cutting trees!’ launched by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation and IDEA Public Union on the initiative of the founder and head of the IDEA public union and vice president of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, Leyla Aliyeva.

Thus, the citizens can call 1113 from their city or mobile phones and express their complaints or proposals to IDEA when they come across illegal cutting of trees.

The complaints regarding the illegal tree cutting can also be sent to IDEA through the official webpage of the organization (http://ideacampaign.org/az/file_uploads_aze.html). For the broader information about the problem, it is possible to upload a photo from the spot to the webpage.

The mobile group created as part of the program will investigate the complaints on the spot and collect the proofs, photos and video materials related to the problem. Upon completion of the investigation, the collected proofs and materials will be submitted to the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Azerbaijan for consideration. IDEA will follow the settlement process of the problems reflected in the complaints.
It has to be noted that all appeals received by IDEA will be reflected in a special questionnaire of the official website of the organization (http://ideacampaign.org/az/first_aid_to_the_nature/). The citizens will be able to familiarize with the complaints and follow their settlement.
