On 23 November, the Genocide Museum and Heydar Aliyev Library will open in Turkish city of Kocaeli.
According to Turkish media, the opening ceremony will be attended by officials of Azerbaijan and Turkey, the governor and chairman of the Kocaeli municipality.
The event will involve Deputy Speaker of the Turkish Parliament Meral Akshener, Minister of Family, Women and Children of Turkey Fatima Shahin, head of the socio-political department of the Azerbaijani Presidential Administration, Ali Hasanov, head of the State Committee for Work with Diaspora Nazim Ibragimov, Turkish and Azerbaijani MPs, scientists, public figures and journalists.
People's Artist of Azerbaijan Azerin will give a concert within the event.
