The Azerbaijani Communications and IT Ministry will submit a 4G services license to the Azercell mobile operator within a month, Minister Ali Abbasov said on Wednesday. Abbasov added that Azercell is ready to provide 4G services in Baku "The license will be issued in the near future. Licenses will also be issued to the remaining operators Azerfon and Bakcell. It all depends on their technical readiness. Work in this direction continues," he said.

The third station for earthquake forecasting has opened in Azerbaijan, director of Cybernetics Institute of Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences (ANAS) Telman Aliyev told. He said the new station is based in Siyazan. The fourth station for earthquake forecasting will be opened in Naftalan within ten days.
